How does it work?
Staff can be issued with a fully secure Chip & PIN pre-paid card. As each employee earns rewards or incentive payments, these values can be credited to their card. The employee is then free to spend them at once, or save them for a bigger purchase. A scheme can restrict the list of retailers where the card can be used or allow employees to use the card in any retailer that accepts Maestro / Mastercard. Programmes can also be designed to deliver voluntary benefits including retailer discounts.
What are the benefits?
Building a bespoke incentive programme around a pre-paid card offers employers a cost-effective way to deliver rewards.
